Who it's for

Customer Success Managers and Senior Account Managers

Own adoption and retention, and want executive relationships that drive both, with customers and inside their own company.

Account Executives and Client Partners

Win and grow complex accounts, and want to be the trusted advisor who helps steer the customer's strategy and initiatives.

ALSO A FIT

Consultants on the Account Team

Solution, implementation, technical, business and digital strategy consultants who work alongside the customer and want a stronger voice with executives.

Built for professionals with 5+ years in customer-facing roles.

Your expertise got you here. Presence gets you to the next level.

By this stage, product knowledge and process are the baseline. You're measured on retention, expansion and executive relationships, and what separates top performers is how they show up: with customer stakeholders, within their own organization, and under pressure.

That skill set is rarely taught. Sales methodology training covers the deal. Leadership programs are built for people managers. Coaching budgets usually go to directors and above. Senior individual contributors are left to figure it out alone. Inside Track isn't coaching. It's a structured program with a set curriculum, graded deliverables and a credential.

Inside Track closes that gap. It's an advanced, applied program built from a career selling and leading inside enterprise tech, with live 1:1 application to your real work situations, not case studies. It's built for people who are serious about growing their career, because the change comes from applying each module to your real work and getting direct feedback, not from the lessons alone. No confidential company or customer information is ever required.

FOR THE ORGANIZATION

This is straightforward: a more effective employee who navigates internally, holds executive relationships, and drives outcomes for the business and its customers.

FOR YOU

It's dedicated, one-on-one development toward your next level, on your own timeline: the focused investment most companies don't have an internal program for.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

1:1 and applied to your real work

Every live session is one-on-one and built around your real business situations, in anonymized form. This is experiential learning, not academic theory or case studies.

Built-in accountability

Spaced over weeks with live 1:1 sessions, so you put each module into practice instead of trying to remember it later.

Taught by an operator

Built from 20 years selling and leading inside enterprise tech, by someone who has hired and developed more than 200 people and wants to see you win.

Work you can point to

You leave with 9 deliverables built on your real situations, from your Professional Development Plan to your Reputation Strategy, each reviewed as Pass or Revise. Tools you'll keep using, not notes you'll never open again.

The outcomes you'll drive

Executive presence is a set of skills you can learn and refine: seeing where your influence sits, and leveraging it for your business, your customers and your own career.

  1. Build a plan for your professional growth that continues after the program.

  2. Manage prioritization with precision, focusing your time on the accounts, relationships and actions that drive the most impact and reduce risk.

  3. Map power and influence inside your own organization and in your accounts, and build relationships beyond a single contact.

  4. Make the business case to executives in their language: strategic priorities, outcomes, cost and risk.

  5. Tell stories that inspire people to act, with customers and inside your own company, so others believe in you, get behind your requests and pass the message on.

  6. Move work forward across teams you don't manage, and bring your own executives in where they add the most value.

  7. Build a network, champions and sponsors who advocate for you.

  8. Stay composed and effective through change, pressure and tough conversations, and rebuild trust when something goes wrong.

The Curriculum

Inside Track has 9 modules. Module 1 is your kickoff and goal-setting session. Every module pairs a 1-hour on-demand lesson with a 1-hour live 1:1 session applied to your own situation, and ends with a deliverable reviewed as Pass or Revise.

Tap a module to see what's inside.

Module 1: Kickoff and Goal SettingStart with where you are, and define where you want to be by the end of the program.

Covers: a short self-assessment before the kickoff; the situations you'll apply the program to; what success looks like; what a strong plan looks like.

Deliverable: Professional Development Plan

Module 2: Leadership Presence and Your Executive Value PropositionWho you are at your best, and why senior people make time for you.

Covers: your core values and strengths; how you show up at your best; why executives decide early whether you're a trusted advisor or a vendor; authenticity with polish.

Deliverable: Leadership Charter

Module 3: Stakeholder and Influence MappingKnow who actually decides, and who shapes the decision.

Covers: decision-makers, influencers, champions and blockers; where formal authority and real influence differ; spotting the risk of being single-threaded and building multi-threaded relationships.

Deliverable: Stakeholder Map

Module 4: The Executive Credibility Talk TrackSpeak the language of the business.

Covers: leading with the bottom line; framing value in financial and strategic terms; bringing insight, not just information; knowing when to challenge and when to listen.

Deliverable: Executive Business Case

Module 5: Influence Without AuthorityGet things done through people you don't manage.

Covers: what each stakeholder actually cares about; managing up; drawing on internal resources and executives; building alignment before the meeting, not in it.

Deliverable: Cross-Team Influence Plan

Module 6: Champions, Sponsors and VisibilityWho advocates for you, and how you get seen by the people who decide.

Covers: the difference between a supporter and a sponsor; which rooms and contributions get noticed; building a reputation with decision-makers by sharing your wins in a way that feels natural.

Deliverable: Sponsorship and Visibility Plan

Module 7: Navigating Change and Staying OrientedKeep your bearings and your momentum when everything around you shifts.

Covers: what's announced versus what's actually happening; protecting momentum when priorities reset; challenging the assumptions that show up during uncertainty; building grit and a growth mindset; staying valuable on your side and your customer's.

Deliverable: Change Navigation Strategy

Module 8: Handling High-Stakes MomentsStay composed and credible when the pressure is on.

Covers: responding without going defensive; reading the room in real time; your mindset under pressure; drawing on your strengths and the relationships you've built.

Deliverable: High-Stakes Playbook

Module 9: Consistency, Trust and Multiplier ImpactCredibility is built in every interaction, not one meeting.

Covers: how trust compounds or erodes through follow-through; managing commitments, time and priorities once you have an executive's attention; repairing trust after a miss; contributing beyond your own book of business.

Deliverable: Reputation Strategy

How it works

STEP 1

Kick off

A 1:1 kickoff session sets your goals, the situations you'll apply the program to, the right pace for you, and what success looks like at the end of the program.

STEP 2

Learn

A 1-hour on-demand lesson in each module teaches a practical framework.

STEP 3

Apply

You draft the module deliverable, applied to a customer situation, an internal one, or both.

STEP 4

Refine

Personalized 1:1 sessions give you direct, constructive, actionable feedback on your work. Each deliverable also gets a written summary and is reviewed as Pass or Revise.

Confidentiality: all application work is anonymized. Situations are discussed by industry, role and dynamics, never by company, customer or deal name.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Done the job. On both sides of the table.

I've carried a bag, and I've led the people who carry one.

I did both inside SAP, Adobe, Docusign and Sophos. I carried new business and retention numbers, sold enterprise platform technology to Fortune 500 executives across industries, then built high-performing teams that overachieved, over and over.

I'm really good at getting projects funded. It takes creative problem solving: finding the why behind a no, then building an undeniable business case that turns it into a yes. I also know what it takes to turn a vision into reality after the sale, and how hard it is to get people bought in, at the customer and inside your own company. Refining those skills is what this program is about.

Your professional growth is my focus.

I believe everyone is whole and already has what they need inside them. I help you understand your strengths, lean into them, and sharpen your skills in a way that feels natural and authentic, so you find your own voice. I'm in your corner. I stretch your thinking, challenge your assumptions, and give you strategic feedback that's constructive, specific and informed by decades of what works and what doesn't.

What lights me up is helping people win and watching them reach the goals they've worked for. Inside Track puts two decades of experience to work for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is it for me?

Who is this for?

Senior individual contributors in customer-facing roles in complex B2B sales environments: account executives, customer success managers, account managers and client partners. It's also a fit for account-team members who work with the customer, such as solution and implementation consultants. It's built for people who already perform well and want to operate at the next level. It isn't an introduction to sales or customer success, and it isn't people-management training.

How do I know if this is the right program for me?

It's a good fit if you already perform well in a customer-facing role, have 5+ years of experience in a complex B2B sales environment, and want to operate at the next level: more influence with executives, more visibility, a clearer path. It's built for people who are invested in growing their career and willing to do the work. This isn't a passive program where you watch the lessons and collect a credential. It's hands-on, and it asks for real effort between sessions. It isn't for you if you want an introduction to sales or customer success, or training in managing people. Not sure? Book a call and we'll work it out together.

How is this different from other executive presence programs?

Most executive presence training, including the popular books on the topic, focuses on how you come across in the room: posture, confidence, delivery. Inside Track focuses on what happens after you leave it: who your stakeholders are, who's sponsoring you, and how your work shows up in the numbers leadership cares about. It's taught by someone who has done the job, and it's experiential learning: every live session is 1:1 and applied to your own work in anonymized form. It's spaced over weeks, so you apply what you learn as you go and practice between sessions.

I'm between roles. Is this still useful?

Yes. Inside Track is built around making the business case for yourself and your work, and that applies just as well in a job search. You can use the same tools to map the people who matter at a company you're trying to break into, make the case for the value you bring in an executive's language, and build the relationships and visibility that get you noticed. If you're between roles, you can build your deliverables around your most recent role or the one you're pursuing. The customer can be an employer you're trying to win.

Approval and cost

Can my employer reimburse this?

Many companies offer education assistance for professional development programs. Check your company's policy and request approval before enrolling. We provide an itemized receipt, a syllabus with learning outcomes, and a Certificate of Completion to support your request. We don't guarantee that any employer will approve or reimburse the program.

What's the business case for my employer?

Every deliverable is built on your own work, in anonymized form: a stakeholder map, an executive business case, a sponsorship and visibility plan, a high-stakes playbook. You finish with tools you can use right away, not notes you'll never open again. You'll also learn to talk about results the way leadership does: in revenue, cost and retention, not just quota. If you need help making the case to your manager or education team, ask through the .

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. The total is the same either way, $4,995 USD. You can pay in full at enrollment, or in 3 monthly payments of $1,665 USD. Your Certificate of Completion is issued once you've completed all program requirements and your balance is paid in full.

Can my company enroll a team?

Yes. Send a message through the about group options.

How it works

How much time will I need, and how flexible is it?

Plan on about 22 to 27 hours in total. That's 18 hours of instruction (9 on-demand lessons and 9 live 1:1 sessions), plus roughly 30 to 60 minutes of work on each of your 9 deliverables. It doesn't include applying your plan to your real work. Real change takes time, and what you do between sessions is where it happens. We set the pace at kickoff to fit your schedule and the work you're applying the program to. If you're in a long customer cycle, we can spread it out. Live sessions are used within 6 months of your enrollment date (the date of your first payment), and you have 12 months to complete the lessons and deliverables. If your education reimbursement has a deadline, tell us before you enroll and we'll plan around it.

Is this a program or a workshop?

A structured program, by design. Instead of squeezing everything into a few days, Inside Track spreads 9 on-demand lessons and 9 live 1:1 sessions across a flexible 8-week design, with time between sessions to apply each concept to your real work. Research on learning shows that practice spread over time, applied to real situations, sticks better than the same hours squeezed into a few days. You complete 9 graded deliverables, each reviewed as Pass or Revise with written feedback, and earn a Certificate of Completion when everything is complete.

Are the live sessions tailored to me?

Yes. Live sessions are shaped around your goals and progress, so we can go deeper where you need it most. The curriculum, deliverables and certificate requirements stay the same.

What if I can't make a live session?

Live sessions are scheduled 1:1 at times that work for you, and you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Each session time is held for you alone, so a session missed with less notice, or a no-show, may be counted as one of your 9 sessions.

Is what I share confidential?

You never need to share confidential company or customer information. Every scenario is discussed anonymously, by industry, role and situation, and deliverables use roles rather than names. What you do share in the program stays confidential.

Results

What do I need to put in to get results?

The lessons, deliverables and live sessions give you frameworks, feedback and a plan built around your real situations. The results come from acting on that plan in your own accounts and organization: building relationships, widening your stakeholder and influence maps, and following through. That takes time beyond the program hours, and how much depends on your role and goals. We can't guarantee results, but the more you put into the program, the more you'll get out of it.

How will this help my career?

You'll build a Professional Development Plan around the role you want next, practice the conversations that shape promotion decisions, and leave with a record of applied work. You can choose to share your plan with your manager. It's optional, but it shows you're serious about your growth and gives your manager something concrete to point to when your next step comes up. You'll also earn a Certificate of Completion and a digital credential you can share on LinkedIn. About 90 days after completion, you may book an optional complimentary 30-minute check-in. It's outside the 18 hours of instruction and isn't a certificate requirement.

Have more questions?

Send a message and I'll reply personally. Ask about the syllabus, whether the program fits, team enrollment, or how to make the case to your employer.
